Biography
Bobby is the Managing Attorney of Termechi Employment Law.
Mr. Termechi has dedicated his entire career to practicing labor and employment law. He has litigated hundreds of employment-related cases, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour (e.g. overtime, meal/rest breaks, misclassification). The results speak for themselves; he has repeatedly won numerous cases, motions for summary judgments, class certification motions, and other dispositive motions. A number of his cases have resulted in multimillion-dollar settlements or verdicts.
Prior to founding Termechi Employment Law , Mr. Termechi exclusively practiced labor and employment law at Fisher Phillips, a preeminent labor and employment law firm with over 400 attorneys throughout 33 offices. At Fisher Phillips, he represented Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, and high-profile executives.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Termechi attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and graduated with the highest honors. He earned his Juris Doctorate from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. While attending UCLA Law, he was the Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review and focused his studies on labor and employment law. He completed his first year Juris Doctor coursework at Georgetown University Law Center, where he was awarded the Dean’s List recognition for ranking in the top-third of his class.
In addition to his classroom training, Mr. Termechi externed for the California Attorney General’s Office, where he litigated employment-related class actions. He also clerked at two well-regarded Los Angeles law firms specializing in employee representation.
