About Jessica Sanderson

Biography

Jessica Sanderson is an Associate Attorney at Termechi Employment Law. Her practice focuses primarily on advocating for plaintiffs in wage and hour violation claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and various other labor and employment law actions. She handles matters at all stages, including pre-litigation fact acquisition, court appearances, depositions, law and motion hearings, and settlement negotiations.  

Prior to practice, Jessica graduated from UCLA with honors before attending the University of Colorado Law School. Jessica has extensive training in advanced mediation techniques with several certifications in mediation, training in facilitation and arbitration, and an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute.   

Outside of the courtroom, Jessica is an avid Northern California sports fan, and ballroom dance enthusiast with a sweet tooth.
